APPOINTMENT POLICIES

 
 
  • A $100 non-refundable & non-transferable deposit is required to schedule your appointment at the time of booking. The deposit will be credited toward the total cost of your service.

  • A 48 hour cancellation notice is required to cancel ANY appointment. If you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment within the 48 hours, you will forfeit your deposit.

  • Missed complimentary touch up appointments will be charged a $100 fee when rebooked

  • To avoid unfair delays to our clients, please let us know if you’re running late. If you are 20 minutes late, we will be forced to reschedule your appointment. PLEASE allow extra time for parking and understand that such changes affect not only your artist, but other clients as well. Reminder: deposit are non-refundable.

  • Any client that does not show up for a scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay a new deposit to book a new appointment. After two no-shows, we will refuse you service.

  • You MUST inform us if you’ve had previous eyebrow microblading/tattooing/permanent makeup prior to booking an appointment regardless of how faded it is. Please email us a CLEAR photo of both your brows and we will let you know if we’re able to work on you. 

  • Our services are not available for pregnant or nursing women.
